The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
