Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. What a hero! John arrived within an hour of our initial phone call despite it being late in the afternoon. He went above and beyond the line of duty systematically fixing not only the original posted job but others that reared their ugly heads in our old stone cottage. He would not leave for the evening (returning to repair the other problems a day later) until he was able to leave us with an electricity supply as it is needed to bring water to the house. I cannot fault any aspect of his work-top bloke too!
