He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! I never said no tradesmen had not completed a job what I said I had a few bad experiences with bad trades men over 40 years.Yes level went across the tiles it was only after the grout had dried and I was cleaning the tiles that I notice the tiles that were not level.A lot of people can say they are tradesmen but there’s also a saying a jack of all trades and a master of none
