The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. We have both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurances for your peace of mind whether we are just advising you of what you can or cant do, and a problem occurred you are covered and if some thing went wrong that was our fault you are covered also.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
