Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

They were fantastic. Great communication beforehand, helpful on the day and great attention to detail. Cleared up well and the wardrobes look great. They built them to the exact spec we wanted. They've also checked in after to check we are happy with everything (which we are). 10/10! Would definitely reccomend and will be using them again in the future.

Kieran and team turned up bang on time and got on with the job straight away. They were very professional, came with all the necessary equipment for the job. They worked hard and efficiently. The garden was very overgrown and untidy, but when they finished it looked lovely. The shrubs and trees were not only cut back, but shaped also. They weeded everywhere, cut the grass and took all the garden waste away which was a lot. A fabulous job and would very definitely recommend.
