Very pleasant, polite young man. Worked fast and well, clearing up as he went. Left the garden tidy, removing all the twigs and branches. Reasonably priced and willing to do a small job almost immediately. Very highly reccomended.

Took tree down quickly and carefully without damaging neighbouring bushes etc. Took away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. Friendly and efficient service.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Agreed price in written quote went through everything agreed to return to discuss start date 24/04 did not turn up tried calling /texting no reply, Then finally got hold of them using partners number, they agreed to come and chat, When they turned up we were told that there is a " Forum of Bad Payers " and we are on it, We could have given them about 10 different tradesman whom worked on this project all of which would vouch for us. Forum does not exist according to others do not rely on.

Joe came to view on Saturday and has just finished carrying out the work required to a high professional standard. Minor additional faults with the roof were completed at the same time. I can highly recommend this company for all roofing work on both modern and period structures. Thanks Joe

What a great choice. Jason and his team were very professional and did a five star quality job. They were very tidy and did not stop work from start to finish. Jason himself was a perfectionist. Good communication, turned up on time. Fitting was atrocious - five hours fitting a stair carpet, which was left with holes, not stretched or properly attached. He didn't know how to fit turns or curves. Our woodwork was damaged badly with his knife. When I politely pointed these things out, he collected his tools and left without taking payment and said that he "hadn't wanted to do the job anyway" despite the fact he viewed before and quoted. Carpet may have to be replaced. Very stressful/awkward.

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

The first 2 stars not applicable. He turned up on the appointed date/ time, discussed and looked at the work......and that was the last I saw or heard from him again. Basic courtesy would have been to let me know that he couldn't or wouldn't do the job. I since went online and selected a professional landscaper.
