George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. All that I can say is that their work was adequate (just). They worked hard but they were disorganised and the quality of their work was not great. We had to lend them a ladder (which they subsequently bought), a tape measure and a saw; the usual things that a builder would have with them.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!
