We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Avoid Wayne from Blackwell Roofing. He quoted £380 based on photos, then came to view the job from the ground—no proper inspection. He later climbed a ladder with no safety gear, started tearing down fascia, then suddenly claimed the job was £1,600. When I asked him to stop, he became aggressive, shouting and throwing tools and wood down dangerously. I felt threatened and unsafe in my own home. Totally unprofessional, dishonest, and intimidating. Do not hire him.

These guys were here to re-do my flat roof after a previous bodged job. The quality of the work was excellent and the guys working for this company are second to none. Any issues or changes required were dealt with professionally and quickly. They also built me a bespoke mancave which is absolutely fantastic and done to a high standard. Again, all trades on site were very professional, knowledgeable and worked clean. Highly recommend this company!

We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years.
