Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
