Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day. Trustworthy we left him at times when we needed to go out and provided a key for him to let himself in. Very happy with the finished product.

Alex repaired a roof leak. You can trust Alex to do the very best job at a reasonable price. Alex is warm, friendly, kind, clever & trustworthy! He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak. He found a crack in the roof & a pipe pouring water into the crack. He even repaired the crack free of charge! We would hire him again, esp for his specialty-exteriors.

To truly understand how passionate and enthusiastic, I have been in painting and decorating industry for 15 years. Throughout London, and then moved to Sussex covering all aspects of painting and decorating spraying and property maintenance. I take pride in my work with attention to detail, and work to the highest standards with customers. I believe in good preparation to achieve high quality workman ship, and only use best quality products. There is no job to big or small, and can work to tight deadlines if needed. I always respect, and never forget your house is your home, when working for clients. I always respect the customers space, and to take care to work around their schedule. Nothing gives me great pleasure on a job completed, than to stand back and see a old room reviewed and a happy client. For all interior and come exterior. I work throughout the whole of Sussex, and am fully insured, all my quotations are honest, and very competitive.
