I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Steve took on the task of renovating and decorating the hallway and landing of our Victorian house. A very delicate job which Steve did a fantastic job on. The attention to detail is fantastic!! The job took 2 weeks and having Steve here was nothing intrusive at all. Highly highly recommend Steve. Make sure you have plenty of tea/coffee in the go :) hopefully he will have time soon to renovate the rest of the house. A+++

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. He was punctual, tidy and did everything we had asked him to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me.
