As the Proud owner of such a business id like to express my beliefs in what make a great business but also as to why I have these beliefs. Growing up in North West London my grandparents came from large families, with many brother and sisters both my ( English and a tad Irish ) Nan and Grandad had nothing, Thankfully my Nans family got into fruit and veg and had all the fruit and veg stalls in Kilburn for a bit, my Nan having one of them advised my Grandad to give up painting and focus on Fruit and Veg. Through hard work and determination coupled with being good with people that very stall ( next to what was woolworths now Iceland ) meant my mum and aunt could benefit and have the things my Nan and Grandad couldn't. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. To me personally when a customer decides to proceed with SDL PKB it always fills me with a rush of Pride, Joy, Greatfullness and Enthusiasm. Never will I take a customer of they're precious home for Granted. Very professional and really fast. We had our artex ceiling re-done and he matched the pattern to my other ceilings perfectly. He worked fast (the whole ceiling was done in about 2 hours!) and he put down plastic coverings everywhere to protect my furniture and carpets. Would recommend.

He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.
