Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service.
