George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Marcin came on time and put effort to dismantle a writing desk and tasks related to taking down a few curtain poles and a mirror. He also kindly helped with a cupboard’s wooden piece that came off and needed to be inserted back. Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. 8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.
