A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Misleading prices. Quoted £62.50 for half an hour, BUT wasn't clearly explained min. Charge for £150. Won't be using rated people or these plumbers again. Poor customer practice.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off.
