Joe's friendly, responsive and did a first-rate job of making good the (somewhat fiddly) housing around a new Velux window. He also had to work around the window installers who had to come back to sort out a bit of their own dodgy workmanship. Art is amazing. He is excellent at problem solving. He always aims for perfection and pays attention to detail. The quality of his work is superb.
